Hermetise is not responsible or liable for any activities or conduct of the Payment Processors, and you agree to hold Hermetise harmless, and expressly release Hermetise, from any and all liability arising from any activities or conduct of the Payment Processors. We recommend that you read the Payment Processors’ privacy policy and terms of use, to find out how your information may be gathered, stored, used and disclosed by it.

Disclosure of Information

Except as otherwise provided in this policy, we reasonably attempt to ensure that we never intentionally disclose any Personal Information about you as an individual user to any third party without having received your permission except as provided for herein or otherwise as permitted or required under law.

Further, the information you enter when making a purchase may be shared with payment processors, financial gateways and your credit card company to authorize credit card payments. Such information may also be shared with necessary third parties solely for the purpose of carrying out transactions.

Aggregated, non-personally identifying information may be shared with third parties for different purposes, such as improving our services and products and developing new ones. In addition, aggregated and non-identifying information about users of our Site may be shared with advertisers to the extent there shall be advertisers who shall display online advertisements on our Site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

English Version

This Privacy Policy may be presented in a variety of languages, and it is hereby clarified that in the event of any conflict between the provisions of the English version of this Privacy Policy and those of any other language version, the English version of this Privacy Policy shall prevail.
